What does the package contain?
Vetiver: Vetiver belongs to the grass family and is cultivated for many purposes. Unlike other grasses, its root system grows downward, making it ideal for preventing erosion and stabilizing soil. The aroma of vetiver is rich, exotic, and very complex, so it is widely used in perfumes. Thanks to its calming and balancing effects, vetiver essential oil is also excellent for massage therapy. Using it before bed creates a calming atmosphere.
Peppermint: Consistently one of dōTERRA's most popular products, peppermint is an oil that is always good to have on hand. Peppermint essential oil adds a refreshing, minty flavor to desserts, drinks, smoothies, and even savory dishes. The high menthol content - also found in dōTERRA's peppermint oil - makes the highest quality peppermint oils unique among other products available on the market. To promote oral hygiene, peppermint essential oil is also frequently used in toothpastes and chewing gums.
